Recommended Full Notion Sweep (all workspace pages)

• Current manifest coverage is a curated subset (14 pages).
• There is already a one-command full sweep pipeline:
  • python scripts/notion_to_dataset.py --category all --output training-data
  • or python scripts/notion_to_dataset.py --category technical --output training-data
  • with NOTION_TOKEN set.
• Docs sync sync path exists for the manifest subset:
  • npm install
  • npm run notion:sync -- --all with NOTION_API_KEY set.
• Fast unblock step before rerun:
  • python scripts/notion_access_check.py --all
  • This prints exactly which config IDs can and cannot be read by the integration.
  • On failures, share only the listed IDs in Notion (Settings → Connections → integration) and rerun.

Current blockers for Notion sweep in this environment

• NOTION_TOKEN / NOTION_API_KEY are not set.
• Node dependencies are not installed here, so scripts/notion-sync.js cannot import @notionhq/client yet.

Once tokens are set and deps are installed, we can generate a complete workspace sweep and re-run the docs mapping.

Live verification with current integration token (2026-02-16)

• Auth is valid (the API responds), but every configured page returns:
  • Could not find page with ID ... Make sure the relevant pages and databases are shared with your integration.
• Result: scripts/notion_to_dataset.py --category all --output training-data exported 0 records.
• Net effect: the integration has no accessible pages yet in this environment.

Action required before sweep:

• In Notion, open Settings → Connections → integrate this token, then share the listed pages/databases with the integration.
• Re-run both:
  • npm run notion:sync -- --all
  • python scripts/notion_to_dataset.py --category all --output training-data
• Single-page quick check for troubleshooting:
  • python scripts/notion_access_check.py --page-id <page-id> --key <label>
  • This is the fastest way to verify an individual page is actually shared.
